ABSTRACTThis study set out to determine what variables led students choose mobile learning during COVID-19 and the direct impact of perceived fear (PCF) on undergraduate learners' intentions adopt m-learning in developing countries such as Sudan. It utilizes Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) a foundation uses PCF an undependable variable. The surveys were given Sudanese students. SPSS SmartPLS software utilised for data analysis. findings revealed that affects both ease use (PEOU) usefulness (PU) positively. Online transactions have been reported to be hindered by privacy concerns. Although information presents a threat e-commerce adoption, cultural differences between nations can additionally impede this trend while raising people’s concerns about the of their personal information. By removing geographic and time restrictions, rise has completely changed how businesses interact with clients. As result, research looked into national culture affected relationship adoption in United Arab Emirates. We suggested that, regardless society’s technological economic infrastructure, are influenced values. Our model, which was validated using online survey questionnaires, created employing Hofstede’s dimensions. Self-administered questionnaires were used quantitative strategy. A sample 249 consumers chosen, partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analyze data. analysis revealed that key factors intention transact include degree perceptions Internet safety, acceptance e-commerce, concerns, interests. Additionally, results show gender positive effect as mediator factors: “Privacy Concerns, Personal Interest, Safety Perceptions, Transaction Willingness”. These affects e-commerce. In this study, we present the results of an assessment initiative that seeks to transcend application digital information in higher education sector by recommending integrative approach quantifies both flow and tutors’ quality impacts concerning technology acceptance model (TAM) constructs perceived experience (DIE).
