There is a great deal of interest in analyzing construction development barriers to identify and rank them based on sustainability criteria have less environmental pollution. Due the importance projects developing countries such as Iran, this study implements green paradigm for case Tehran, Iran. The main novelty paper new decision-making method using DEMATEL Delphi techniques ANP. In regard, first all, data collection performed through literature review survey studies questionnaires, interviews, observations. applied experts’ agreement was integrated brainstorming classical method. Osteoporosis is a metabolic bone condition that occurs when mineral density and mass decrease. This makes the bones weak brittle. The disorder often undiagnosed untreated due to its asymptomatic nature until manifestation of fracture. Machine Learning (ML) extensively used in diverse healthcare domains analyze precise outcomes, provide timely risk scores, allocate resources. Hence, we have designed multiple heterogeneous machine-learning frameworks predict Osteoporosis. An open-source dataset 1493 patients containing density, blood, physical tests utilized. Thirteen distinct feature selection techniques were leveraged extract most salient parameters. best-performing pipeline consisted Forward Feature Selection algorithm followed by custom multi-level ensemble learning-based stack, which achieved an accuracy 89 %. Deploying layer explainable artificial intelligence using tools such as SHAP (SHapley Additive Values), LIME (Local Interpretable Model Explainer), ELI5, Qlattice, importance provided interpretability rationale behind classifier prediction. With this study, aim holistic prediction concurrently present system for automated screening assist physicians making diagnostic decisions.

This paper presents a novel framework for smart integrated risk management in arid regions. The combines flash flood modelling, statistical methods, artificial intelligence (AI), geographic evaluations, analysis, and decision-making modules to enhance community resilience. Flash is simulated by using Watershed Modelling System (WMS). Statistical methods are also used trim outlier data from physical systems climatic data. Furthermore, three AI including Support Vector Machine (SVM), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Nearest Neighbours Classification (NNC), predict classify occurrences. Geographic Information (GIS) utilised assess potential risks vulnerable regions, together with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) Hazard Operability Study (HAZOP) methods. module employs the Classic Delphi technique appropriate solutions control. methodology demonstrated its application real case study of Khosf region Iran, which suffers both drought severe floods simultaneously, exacerbated recent climate changes. results show high Coefficient determination (R2) scores SVM at 0.88, ANN 0.79, NNC 0.89. FMEA indicate that over 50% scenarios risk, while HAZOP indicates 30% same rate. Additionally, peak flows 24 m3/s considered occurrences can cause financial damage all techniques study. E-waste from end-of-life electrical and electronic devices is one of the fastest growing waste streams households businesses. recycling yields environmental sustainability economic benefits. Due to continuous changes in e-waste types compositions, businesses face challenges optimize their operational configuration achieve better performance. To help recyclers mitigate this problem, we have developed a modular decision support tool called Comprehensive Manufacturing Assessment Tool (CMAT) that can simulate both operations economics. This give valuable insights regarding profitability entire operation different types. In addition, new bio-inspired metaheuristic optimization algorithm, hen-and-chicks (HACO), was assign manpower workstations maximize efficiencies. According results our case study, laptops, desktops, computer peripherals are three products produce most profit. Our examination sensitivity material prices shows price steel has significant influence on total profit, because it widely used majority devices. We released as open-source software under general public license. It could be customized for other industries beyond business by making more efficient.
