Recently developed radiolabeled FAPI (fibroblast-activation protein inhibitors) have attracted researcher's attention in diagnosing various tumors because of its high specificity and better tumor-to-background ratio. Increasing use 68 Ga-FAPI PET/CT has resulted reporting incidental benign findings as well. We hereby present a case suspected carcinoma stomach showing increased uptake primary tumor well subchondral cysts bilateral shoulder joints right hip joint on PET CT scan.

Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is characterized by inflammation and osteoblastic changes in the sacroiliac joint. As a potential imaging method for early assessment of AS, positron emission tomography (PET) can quantify systemic disease activity, which conducive to monitoring progression activity assisting evaluating efficacy treatment. The study was evaluate diagnostic value aluminium-[18F]fuoride(Al18F)-labelled fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) PET/computed (CT) AS investigate its ability assess during development AS. Twenty participants who met Assessment SpondyloArthritis international Society criteria were an active stage included this from May 2022 April 2023. Sixteen healthy controls also inrolled. Abstract A 54-year-old man with a history of colectomy for colorectal cancer and subsequent liver metastasectomy underwent 18 F-FDG PET/CT F-FAPI-04 scans to evaluate possible hepatic metastasis revealed by contrast-enhanced MRI. Both studies showed similarly increased uptake in metastases, detected metastatic lung nodule. Furthermore, the images an incidental finding L3 vertebral, which was not F-FDG–avid. review patient's previous CT MRI suggests vertebral hemangioma.

Abstract Purpose To assess the efficiency of [ 68 Ga]GaDOTAFAPI04 in diagnosing periprosthetic hip joint infection and establish a diagnostic standard clinical significance based on uptake pattern. Methods PET/CT was performed patients with symptomatic arthroplasty from December 2019 to July 2022. The reference 2018 Evidence-Based Validation Criteria. Two criteria, SUVmax pattern, were used diagnose PJI. Meanwhile, original data imported into IKT-snap draw view interest, A.K. extract features cases, unsupervised clustering analysis applied according groups. Results A total 103 included, 28 whom had area under curve 0.8969, which better than that all serological tests. cutoff value 7.530, sensitivity specificity 72% 100%, respectively. sensitivity, accuracy pattern 93.10% 95%, In radiomics analysis, PJI significantly different aseptic failure. Conclusion showed promising results, criteria more clinically instructive. Radiomics also certain application prospect field Trial registration number registration: ChiCTR2000041204.
