Abstract
Stress
affects
the
brain
and
alters
its
neuroarchitecture
function;
these
changes
can
be
severe
lead
to
psychiatric
disorders.
Recent
evidence
suggests
that
astrocytes
microglia
play
an
essential
role
in
stress
response
by
contributing
maintenance
of
cerebral
homeostasis.
These
cells
respond
rapidly
all
stimuli
reach
brain,
including
stressors.
Here,
we
used
a
recently
validated
rodent
model
post-traumatic
disorder
which
rats
categorized
as
resilient
or
vulnerable
after
acute
inescapable
footshock
stress.

then

ABSTRACT
Previous
research
established
a
connection
between
childhood
psychological
abuse
(CPA),
common
but
understudied
form
of
child
maltreatment,
and
symptoms
posttraumatic
stress.
However,
the
CPA
complex
PTSD
remains
underexplored.
This
study
investigated
relationship
CPA,
appraisals
(i.e.,
fear,
alienation,
betrayal,
self‐blame,
anger,
shame),
among
sample
263
college
students
using
structural
equation
modeling.

Abstract
Background
Multiple
traumatic
experiences,
particularly
in
childhood,
may
predict
and
be
a
risk
factor
for
the
development
of
complex
post-traumatic
stress
disorder
(cPTSD).
Unfortunately,
individuals
with
bipolar
(BP)
are
more
likely
to
have
suffered
events
than
general
population.
Consequently,
cPTSD
could
comorbid
BD,
this
negatively
affect
psychopathological
manifestations.
To
date,
no
one
has
explored
whether
such
comorbidity
also
affects
response
treatment
mood
stabilizers
BD
patients.
Results
Here,
cross-sectional
study
was
carried
out
by
comparing
treatment,

patients
