Introduction
Sedentary
behaviours
are

prevalent

students
worldwide.

low
physical
activity
(PA)

mental

Objective:
This
quasi‐experimental
research
was
to
assess
the
effect
of
online
traditional
dance
exercise
program
on
stress
among
elderly
in
Nakhon
Nayok
province,
Thailand.
Methods:
The
living
province
were
recruited
for
study.
Multistage
random
sampling
employed
select
participants.
There
is
a
total
27
people
classified
as
experimental
Group
15
(received
4‐week
program)
and
control
12
people.
Exercise
data
collected
by
SPST20,
pre‐
postintervention
testing
used
measure
stress.
An
independent
t
‐test
analyses
performed
effectiveness
interventions.
Results:
After
program,
there
statistically
significant
differences
mean
scores
between
group.
