Abstract
BACKGROUND:
Substance
abuse
represents
a
major
health
problem
worldwide.
In
Iraq,
the
number
of
substance
abusers
increased,
both
single
and
polysubstance,
alcohol
medications.
Abuse
these
substances
is
associated
with
changes
in
different
blood
parameters
secondary
to
their
direct
immune,
inflammatory,
toxic
stressor
effects
on
hematopoiesis,
indirect
effect
liver
kidneys.
These
involve
total
white
cell
(WBC)
count,
especially
lymphocyte
count
ratio
neutrophil
platelet
(PLT),
addition
red
(RBC)
PLT
parameters,
pancytopenia.
OBJECTIVES:
We
evaluated
complete
(CBC)
parameters.
PATIENTS
AND
METHODS:
This
study
was
performed
over

months

were
healthy
people
from

Hospital/Psychiatry

Abstract
Cumin,
a
popular
spice,
is
widely
used
to
treat
stomach
ailments
in
Central
Asia
and
Xinjiang,
China.
Cumin
essential
oil
has
been
found
effectively
gastric
ulcers,
but
its
pharmacodynamic
basis
remains
unclear.
In
this
study,
cumin
was
directly
separated
using
column
chromatography,
components

through

gas
