Sleep Quality and Mental Health Among Medical Students: A Cross-Sectional Study

Background:
Sleep
disturbances
and
mental
health
disorders
represent
a
significant
public
concern.
Medical
students,
in
particular,
experience
intense
academic
pressure,
long
study
hours,
irregular
schedules,
the
emotional
burden
of
clinical
training,
all
which
may
contribute
to
development
sleep
issues.
This
aims
assess
quality
prevalence
symptoms
depression,
anxiety,
stress
among
medical
as
well
their
interrelationships.
Methods:

cross-sectional
