Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is still an aggressive and progressive illness with vascular remodeling right heart failure despite the therapeutic advances made in recent past. Biomaterials offer attractive route to break current paradigms by inducing repair, facilitating drug targeting, allowing dynamic regeneration of tissue. This review taking integrated approach investigates revolutionary role played novel biomaterials bio–nano interfaces PH treatment. Abstract Polymeric nanotheranostics have emerged as promising vehicles for diagnosis‐cum‐targeted therapy in solid tumors, offering precise delivery of therapeutic agents at the site tumors and minimizing systemic side effects. This article summarizes latest developments using polymeric nanoparticles specific treatment strategies tumors. It explores various methods these utilize targeted medication delivery. includes passive targeting through amplified permeability retention effect, active via interactions between ligands receptors, stimuli‐responsive release mechanisms such pH, temperature, enzymatic triggers. Furthermore, we highlight recent nanoparticles, which enable controlled drug response to cues tumor microenvironment, thus enhancing efficacy.
