Spinel NiCo2O4 is a promising material for electronic applications due to its tunable nanostructures and electrical properties. This study systematically investigates the effect of varying urea concentrations in hydrothermal solution on nanostructural evolution (NCO) impact dielectric By content, distinct morphologies-including nanosheets, nanoleaves, nanofibers-were obtained characterized via XRD, XPS, FE-SEM analysis. To evaluate characteristics, capacitance conductance measurements were performed using an LCR Meter at room temperature over frequency range 100 Hz 1 MHz. The results revealed negative low frequencies, linked polarization changes minority charge carriers. Also, parameters calculated from measured values, showing that nanoform variations influence conductivity trends. provides new insights into how NiCo2O4, controlled by synthesis parameters, behavior. findings significantly contribute understanding tunability properties NCO, highlighting their potential future applications.
