The development of skills most in demand the professional sphere and for achieving personal well-being near future is one urgent tasks innovative education. This task can be solved with a framework ecosystem approach education, relevant to uncertainty future. aim study: justify an education “future skills”. Materials research methods: Expert reports from World Economic Forum (2020, 2023), stakeholder approach, philosophical (conceptual) analysis, framework, critical analysis. The main aim of this paper is to analyze the effect industrial agglomeration on degree interorganizational cooperation and innovative performance firms electricity supply sector in Spain. The aim of this study was to identify key factors influencing the adoption technological innovation in urban farming (ITUF) Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach for data analysis, primary gathered through structured survey 334 individuals randomly selected from 14 sub-districts. instrument, based on Rogers's framework, included eight parameters and 22 research variables, analyzed Binary Logistic Regression explore their impacts ITUF adoption. revealed significant variables rate: knowledge experience farming, education, involvement Urban Farming organizations, continuity information dissemination, belief role job transition, availability resources implementation, environmental support, observation technology. affirmed that six out Framework significantly affected Adoption. influential personal characteristics, communication behavior, relative advantage, complexity, trialability, observability. In contrast, socio-economic compatibility did not impact Adoption study. study's findings led four recommendations enhancing sustainability farming. These encompass strengthening diverse training education initiatives, providing incentives implementing informational campaigns, facilitating vocational agriculture. Additionally, city's government should ensure accessibility resources, endorse resource-efficient methodologies, utilize media channels disseminating successful narratives, fostering increased public awareness engagement.

Ecosystems are viewed as important sources of innovation. While contracts, rules, policies, and industrial standards have been identified for coordinating aligning inter-firm relationships, tools the collective, collaborative orchestration ecosystems yet to be fully articulated by scholars. The core contribution this paper, authors contend, is that corporate foresight tools, applied at level ecosystem, potential orchestrate ecosystems. Purpose Open innovation (OI), by now one of the major concepts for analysis innovation, is seen as a methodology collaboratively designing and implementing solutions engaging stakeholders in an iterative inclusive service design process. This paper aims to empirically investigate OI capacities, defined cooperative, knowledge-sharing ecosystem, explore how it can lead improved performance firms Central Eastern European (CEE) Southeastern (SEE) countries. Design/methodology/approach The study builds on World Bank/European Bank Reconstruction Development (EBRD’s) Business Environment Enterprise Performance Survey (BEEPS) dataset 2009, 2013 2019. Primarily, research model was estimated using log-transformed ordinary least squares (OLS). Taking into consideration that this method might produce substantial bias, yielding misleading inferences, fitting Poisson pseudo maximum likelihood estimators with robust standard errors instrumental variable/generalized moments estimation (IV/GMM) approach comparative results. Secondarily, tested structural equation modelling (SEM) relationship between five capacities firm performance. O objetivo do presente trabalho foi identificar os desafios e oportunidades que emergiram nos processos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento inovação (PDI) da Embrapa Pesca Aquicultura (EPA), com a implementação aberta (IA) partir marco legal brasileiro ciência, tecnologia (MLCTI). A metodologia utilizada composta análise documental, entrevista semiestruturada conteúdo por meio software NVIVO. Foram realizadas 30 entrevistas pessoas envolvidas diretamente no processo IA EPA. Os resultados apontam que, na perspectiva dos empregados Embrapa, o motivado pela escassez recursos, gerou para empresa exigiu aperfeiçoamento sua operacionalização. atores setor produtivo indicaram necessidade realização melhorias IA, lhe conferir mais agilidade.
