The formation of energy-saving behavior the population in education system has a huge and obvious role development economy society. В статье исследована взаимосвязь между потреблением энергии, загрязнением окружающей среды, экономическим ростом и информационно-коммуникационными технологиями (ИКТ) в регионах Казахстана. Основное внимание уделено вопросам, как потребление энергии влияет на экономический рост это сказывается среде. ИКТ рассмотрено значимый фактор современной экономике, оказывающий влияние различные аспекты жизни бизнеса. Исследование помогает оценить положительные, так отрицательные стороны разработать стратегии для их оптимального использования интересах устойчивого развития. Для анализа использованы методы структурного моделирования (SEM), включающие корреляцию, множественную регрессию, факторный общий линейный анализ. Полученные результаты подтверждают прямую положительную связь увеличением потребления электроэнергии Казахстане. Также установлено, что приводит к увеличению выбросов загрязняющих веществ.
