High-grade
gliomas
represent
the
most
prevalent
primary
malignant
brain
tumors
in
adult
population.
Despite
extensive
efforts
dedicated
to
advance
therapeutic
modalities,
treatment
options
remain
very
limited
this
field,
leading
a
worse
prognosis
for
affected
patients.
Moreover,
considerable

of
cases
exhibit
refractory
disease
following
initial
management.
Ketogenic
Metabolic
Therapy
(KMT)
has
emerged
as
promising
adjunctive
approach
recurrent
high-grade
gliomas,
offering
them
synergistic
effect
enhancement
effectiveness
conventional
therapies
against
type
cancer.
The
underlying
hypothesis
relies
on
use
high-fat,
low-carbohydrate
diet,
with
adequate
protein
content
can
potentially
induce
metabolic
reprogramming
cancer
cells.
Currently,
KMT
is
rise
and
shown
positive
effects
