Objective: In assisted reproductive technology (ART), achieving a successful pregnancy requires optimizing an embryo culture and selecting the single with highest implantation potential, capable of resulting in healthy pregnancy. The primary goal this study was to determine correlation between blastocyst area diameter outcomes ART treatments. Methods: study, were measured whether these morphometric features could predict couples undergoing ICSI. This is retrospective trial analyzing 665 patients who underwent cycle transfer on day 5. Results: Both assessed significantly associated ongoing outcomes. Our results showed that rate (IR) clinical (CPR) higher ≥ 25,000 µm2 compared <25,000 (IR: 69.8% versus 47.9%, p < 0.001; CPR: 65.5% 45.9% 0.001). Additionally, 170 µm resulted IR CPR embryos 68.8% 36.6%, 66.3 35.7%, Conclusions: Blastocyst variables, being objective measurable, are not subject intra-operator variability may serve as promising predictors viability success. These assessments assist embryologists potential from cohort, well identifying those reduced chance generating

Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is a potentially severe complication of ovulation induction. Although less common than with gonadotropin treatment, OHSS can occur secondary to an excessive dose clomiphene citrate, first-line induction agent. A serious ovarian torsion, which demands prompt diagnosis and intervention prevent permanent damage. This case report highlights rare subsequent torsion following citrate treatment. 24-year-old woman primary infertility developed after receiving (100 mg twice daily, D2-D16). Her initial symptoms included vomiting abdominal pain. Ultrasound examination revealed enlarged left ovary (100x65x60mm) multiple follicles pelvic effusion. Despite conservative management, the patient returned four days post-discharge worsening symptoms. Emergency laparoscopy vascular congestion successful detorsion restored normal blood flow. this illustrates complicated by citrate. The patient's presentation ultrasound findings were indicative OHSS, despite progression required surgical intervention. restoration flow underscore importance timely management irreversible damage, regardless agent used. generally considered safer gonadotropins for induction, it still induce leading complications such as particularly if given in overdosage. emphasizes critical need vigilant monitoring cases preserve function,
