Purpose The purpose of this study is to ascertain service quality (halal values, assurance, meal quality, reliability, security, system and traceability) perceived risks (financial, environment, social, time, psychology health) its influence on satisfaction, as well trust concerning online halal food delivery (OHFDS). Design/methodology/approach This uses quantitative methodology, through an survey, by using purposive sampling across a sample size 423 respondents. analysis data was conducted SmartPLS. Findings results the findings indicate that assurance values have trust; nonetheless, only reliability has impact satisfaction. On other hand, health financial negative satisfaction toward OHFDS. Purpose -This study applied the theory of planned behaviour (TPB) model and unified acceptance use technology (UTAUT) to predict intentions telemedicine among Thai people during COVID-19 pandemic.Method -The TPB predictors included attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioural control.The UTAUT performance expectancy, effort facilitating conditions.The data were gathered using convenience sampling 213 respondents collected through self-administered online questionnaires.The conceptual framework was examined with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), adopting ADANCO software program (version 2.3) SPSS 27).Results empirical findings showed relationship between pandemic people.The results revealed that expectancy strongly influences followed by norm control.But attitude is not a significant mediator antecedents control telemedicine.Moreover, has most influence on telemedicine, conditions expectancy. Conclusion healthcare strategic planners should pay attention because these factors impact people.Recommendations recommendation consider qualitative in further for more insight explain phenomenon UTAUT, model, telemedicine.Implication implication benefits other sectors could apply enhance intention customers citizens.
