Purpose

Purpose
-This
study
applied
the
theory
of
planned
behaviour
(TPB)
model
and
unified
acceptance
use
technology
(UTAUT)
to
predict
intentions
telemedicine
among
Thai
people
during
COVID-19
pandemic.Method
-The
TPB
predictors
included
attitude,
subjective
norm,
perceived
behavioural
control.The
UTAUT
performance
expectancy,
effort
facilitating
conditions.The
data
were
gathered
using
convenience
sampling
213
respondents
collected
through
self-administered
online
questionnaires.The
conceptual
framework
was
examined
with
Partial
Least
Squares
Structural
Equation
Modelling
(PLS-SEM),
adopting
ADANCO
software
program
(version
2.3)
SPSS
27).Results
empirical
findings
showed
relationship
between
pandemic
people.The
results
revealed
that
expectancy
strongly
influences
followed
by
norm
control.But
attitude
is
not
a
significant
mediator
antecedents

telemedicine.Moreover,
