Enhancing urban ecological resilience (UER) is important in promoting sustainable development, and developing new quality productivity (NQP) an intrinsic requirement to promote industrial change high-quality development. The coordinated development of UER NQP can help realize the green transformation upgrading various industries. This study considered 30 provinces China as research objects, quantified their from nature, economy, society, explored essential connotation under guidance Marx’s theory. entropy weight-CRITIC method TOPSIS model were used comprehensively measure levels 2011 2022, coupling coordination degree (CCD) was measured by combining model. Consequently, Global Moran’s I index Geographical Temporal Weighted Regression (GTWR) explore effects different influencing factors on CCD spatiotemporal variability perspective. results indicated following: (1) improved during period but with large differences between regions. (2) overall evolved a mild imbalance primary coordination. average values ranged low high northeastern, western, central, eastern (3) GTWR showed that economic urbanization rate, technological innovation contributed positively CCD, rate having strongest positive effect. Foreign investment, environmental regulations, structure generally negatively inhibit CCD.
