The
17CrNi2MoVNb
alloy
is
widely
used
for
manufacturing
heavy-duty
gears
in
vehicles'
transmission
systems,
where
grinding
a
significant
process
affecting
gears'
working
performance
and
service
life.
This
work
comprehensively
analyzed
the
force,
surface
morphology,
roughness
when
using
alumina
CBN
wheels.
Results
showed
that
maximum
normal
force
from
wheel
was
only
~67%
of
one
wheel.
Due
to
small
size
limited
cutting
depth
grains,
increased
by
about
20%
0.02
0.03
mm
Surface
defects,
including
cavities
material
tearing,
were
mainly
found
on
ground

Ra
recorded
ranged

This
study
developed
a
three-axis
vibrational
haptic
wearable
device
(RCWS)
utilizing
Linear
Resonant
Actuators
(LRAs)
to
simulate
grinding
vibrations.
The
implementation
of
RCWS
is
described
in
detail.
By
recording
the
normal
force
during
manual
with
load
cell
and
converting
it
into
series
PWM
commands,
LRA
on

controlled
open-loop
mode
using
these
commands.
Three
methods
were
tested
for
force-to-PWM
conversion,
two
which
showed
linear
correlation
(>0.7)

data.
In
between
commands
generated
acceleration,
all
three
exhibited
high
linearity
at

This
study
aimed
to
investigate
the
impact
of
substrate
tilt
angle
and
different
scanning
methods
on
powder
utilization,
morphology
profile
parameters,
microstructure
evolution
in
laser
cladding
single-track
experiments.
The
results
revealed
several
key
findings.
Firstly,
as
increased,
spot
projected
tilted
transformed
from
circular
elliptical,
heat
input
decreased
proportionally
with
angle.
Secondly,
regardless
method
employed,
utilization
higher
angles
due
increased
asymmetry,
leading
more
collisions
rebounds
between
particles
substrate.
Moreover,
trends
parameters
longitudinal
upward
downward
were
similar
transverse
scanning,
except
for
clad
width,
which
exhibited
an
opposite
trend.
Notably,
demonstrated
superior
stability
utilization.
These
findings
offer
valuable
insights
optimizing
processes,
ultimate
goal
enhancing
quality
efficiency
fabricated
components.
