Super-enhancers (SEs) are regions of the genome that play a crucial regulatory role in gene expression by promoting large-scale transcriptional responses various cell types and tissues. Recent research suggests alterations super-enhancer activity can contribute to development progression disorders. The aim this is explore multifaceted roles super-enhancers regulation their significant implications for understanding treating complex diseases. Here, we study summarise classification constituents, possible modes interaction, cross-regulation, including RNAs (seRNAs). We try investigate opportunity SE dynamics prediction based on hierarchy enhancer single elements (enhancers) aggregated action.
