Public–private partnerships (PPPs) are long-term contracts between government entities and private companies, increasingly being adopted in developing countries due to the large need for investments sectors such as water sewerage also order benefit from experience have access resources technology of sector. Prioritizing party contract becomes a complex decision characteristics PPP contracts, standard evaluation has not been yet, usually made by evaluating price. Thus, this research aims propose set criteria be incorporated into problem that involves technical aspects. It then seeks rank alternatives using multi-criteria aid method, FITradeoff, which supports decision-maker (DM) prioritization provides transparency security process.

The marine green fuel supply chain is a crucial component in the development of ports. Focusing on issue cooperative contracts between port and supplier within chain, first, two-echelon optimization model consisting was constructed. Second, changes profits decisions were compared under four scenarios: no contract, cost-sharing revenue-sharing combined + contract. Finally, propositions validated using numerical simulation methods. research findings show that, terms revenue, contract exceeded those alone. Regarding sales price bunkering service quality, these factors peaked at their lowest An increase port’s investment proportion quality led to decreases volume, price, wholesale both Additionally, higher revenue shared by with resulted lower

In the current context of severe environmental challenges and climate change, low-carbon green development model has become an international consensus. This study establishes a supply chain duopoly competition model, considering two types government subsidies data-driven marketing (DDM) to help achieve development. The aim research is explore how provide subsidies, enhance levels, maintain competitive advantage, improve profits in enterprises with inconsistent levels. discusses impact consumer preferences, market competition, DDM quality on enterprises. It also analyzes use contracts coordination optimization within chain. findings are summarized as follows. (1) As preferences for products increase, unit subsidy continues performance share more effectively than total model. (2) requires relaxed coefficient, making it easier develop without needing high subsidies. consistently achieves better performance, particularly improved quality. (3) Manufacturers retailers can win–win situation through internal via wholesale price contracts. (4) Under certain conditions, consumers sensitive will increase product pricing both M1 M2. level greenness M2 increase. But also, retail prices decrease because effect DDM. (5) intensity decisions complex. coefficient positive negative be changed due quality, where results lower higher improved. addition, improvement levels Pricing affected differently, depending customer’s sensitivity
