Public–private partnerships (PPPs) are long-term contracts between government entities and private companies, increasingly being adopted in developing countries due to the large need for investments sectors such as water sewerage also order benefit from experience have access resources technology of sector. Prioritizing party contract becomes a complex decision characteristics PPP contracts, standard evaluation has not been yet, usually made by evaluating price. Thus, this research aims propose set criteria be incorporated into problem that involves technical aspects. It then seeks rank alternatives using multi-criteria aid method, FITradeoff, which supports decision-maker (DM) prioritization provides transparency security process.

In the food manufacturing industry, which is critical to national economies, there a growing imperative meet heightened safety, quality, and environmental standards, particularly in face of supply chain disruptions. This study addresses gap literature by integrating sustainable resilient theories with risk management low-carbon principles into supplier selection framework. Utilizing Delphi method, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), multi-objective programming (FMOP), we develop decision-making model specifically calibrated for sector. Initially, establishes comprehensive criteria system encompassing cost, delivery, low-carbon, through review expert consultation. Subsequently, FAHP employed determine relative importance each criterion selection. Furthermore, FMOP utilized optimizing order allocation. Validated numerical based on Chinese manufacturer, framework presents practical tool manufacturers, ensuring stability while aligning sustainability objectives. research refines decision making strengthens competitive stance significantly propelling industry’s green transformation.

Since Kraljic’s strategic matrix was applied to supply chain management, classification of items, suppliers, and customers has become increasing interest research companies. The aim this is develop an easily interpretable multicriteria method validate it in real-world scenarios with a robustness analysis. This assigns alternatives one four classes defined by critical dimensions that integrate several evaluation criteria. Initially, global search pre-classifies the using PROMETHEE net flows. Then, two local searches are carried out make use discriminant properties flow signs improve quality assignments. approach specifically pre-classified near boundary between or more categories. been validated segmenting thousands customers. Four customer segments were identified: strategic, collaborative, transactional, non-preferred. A comparison made results those derived from alternative method.
