The Kusaihu and Xidatan faults in the western part of East Kunlun active fault present a miter compound relationship. Quaternary activity these two is vigorous closely associated with potent large earthquakes. Ms 8.1 earthquake occurred on Kusai Lake 14 November 2001. To understand current stress state seismic hazard pass region following Earthquake 2001, situ measurement work four boreholes at measuring points this area conducted through hydraulic fracturing method, accumulation level analyzed using Coulomb fracture criterion, Byerlee’s law, friction parameter μm. It found that study not high, possibility slip low.
