Abstract Due to the high heterogeneity of cancers, it is rather essential explore driver modules with help gene mutation data as well known interactions between genes/proteins. Unfortunately, latent false positive are inevitable in Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) network. Hence presented method, a new weight evaluation index, based on gene-microRNA network somatic profile, introduced for weighting PPI first. Subsequently, vertices weighted hierarchically clustered by measuring Mahalanobis distance their feature vectors, extracted graph embedding method Node2vec. Finally, heuristic process dropping and extracting conducted clusters produce group modules. Often in the planning phase of a clinical trial, researcher will need to choose between standard versus weighted log-rank test (LRT) for investigating right-censored survival data. While LRT is optimal analyzing evenly distributed but distinct events (proportional hazards), an appropriately may be better suited handling non-proportional, delayed treatment effects. The “a priori” misspecification this alternative result substantial loss power when determining effectiveness experimental drug. In paper, unweighted and inverse tests (iLRTs) are compared with multiple weight, default Max-Combo procedure differential late outcomes. Unlike combination LRTs that depend on arbitrary selection weights, iLRT by definition single weight does not require implicit multiplicity correction.
