Echinoderms,
a
diverse
group
of
marine
invertebrates
including
starfish,
sea
urchins,
and
cucumbers,
have
been
recognized
as
prolific
sources
structurally
natural
products.
In
the
past
five
years,
remarkable
progress
has
made
in
isolation,
structural
elucidation,
pharmacological
assessment
these
bioactive
compounds.
These
metabolites,
polysaccharides,
triterpenoids,
steroids,
peptides,
demonstrate
potent
bioactivities
such
anticancer,
anti-inflammatory,
antiviral,
antimicrobial
effects,
providing
valuable
insights
scaffolds
for
drug
discovery.
This
review
highlights
diversity
biological
activities

from
echinoderms
over
last

on
