Background/Objectives: Marine organisms, including shrimps, have gained research interest due to containing an abundance of bioactive lipid molecules. This study evaluated the composition and in vitro biological activities amphiphilic compounds from four different wild shrimp species: Litopenaeus vannamei, Penaeus kerathurus, Aristaeomorpha foliacea, Parapenaeus longirostris. Methods: Total (TL) extracts were obtained separated into total (TAC) lipophilic (TLC) compounds. Phenolic (TPC) carotenoid (TCC) contents, antioxidant (DPPH, ABTS, FRAP assays), effects on platelet-activating factor (PAF) ADP-induced platelet activation evaluated. Structural analyses performed using ATR-FTIR spectroscopy, while LC-MS was used elucidate fatty acid overall structure polar lipids (PLs) present TAC extracts. Results: extracts, rich phenolics, carotenoids, PL, unsaturated acids (UFAs), exhibited stronger anti-inflammatory antithrombotic compared with TLC which showed potent capacity. Significant amounts UFAs, such as monounsaturated (MUFA) oleic (C18:1n9) omega-3 (n3) polyunsaturated (PUFAs) like eicosapentaenoic (EPA; C20:5n3) docosahexaenoic (DHA; C22:6n3), detected PLs favorable values for their n6/n3 PUFA ratio. Shrimp bioactives provide against PAF pathway ADP eicosanoid pathways. Conclusions: The findings support further use anti-inflammatory, anti-thrombotic, ingredients produce new bio-functional health-promoting products, context sustainable development circular economy.
