Abstract This paper proposes a novel online sparse least square support vector regression without bias for forecasting capacitive type pressure transducer remaining useful life prediction (RUL). The proposed approach is based on mechanism and statistical knowledge. impedance variables are applied to calibrate the correlation between capacitance capacity degradation resistance value improve precision. Furthermore, particle filter algorithm estimate fade parameters, then probability density function of predicted RUL obtained by Gaussian. Lastly, experimental results consider #5 #6. data set verifies hybrid prognostics strategy with high accuracy robust stability.

Optical and magnetic sensing methods are integral to both research clinical applications in biological laboratories. The ongoing miniaturization of these sensors has paved the way for development point-of-care (PoC) diagnostics handheld devices, which crucial timely efficient healthcare delivery. Among various competing circuit technologies, CMOS (complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor) stands out due its distinct cost-effectiveness, scalability, high precision. By leveraging inherent advantages technology, recent developments optical biosensors have significantly advanced their application life sciences, offering improved sensitivity, integration capabilities, reduced power consumption. This paper provides a comprehensive review advancements, focusing on innovations CMOS-based transformative impact biomedical diagnostics.
