This umbrella meta-analysis evaluates the effects of probiotics on cognitive function and metabolic health in Alzheimer's disease (AD) mild impairment (MCI) by synthesizing findings from meta-analyses randomized controlled trials (RCTs), as existing evidence remains inconclusive. A systematic search was conducted PubMed, Web Science, Scopus to identify RCTs investigating impact probiotic supplementation biomarkers. The random-effects model used. Heterogeneity publication bias were assessed. Thirteen meta-analyses, comprising 3910 patients, included.
