co-occurrence

aflatoxin

zearalenone
(ZEN)
in
grain-based
food
animal
feed
poses
significant
health
risks
to
humans

mutagenic,
cytotoxic,
carcinogenic
properties.

chemical
methods

insufficient

effectively
detoxifying
multiple
mycotoxins
