The spent black tea extract was utilized in order to synthesize the silver nanoparticles (SBT-AgNPs). Various parameters were tested yield best production of SBT-AgNPs. characterization conducted by X-Ray diffraction, Scanning electron microscopy, Zeta potential and energy dispersive X-ray (EDX). XRD analysis showed hkl planes corresponding (111), (200), (220), (311) at 2θ theta deg 38.3°, 40.8°, 64.5°, 74.2°. scanning microscopy reported plate like round shaped morphology AgNPs. zeta examined be -17.5 mV a size distribution intensity 157.6 d. nm observed. EDX employed determine purity samples reporting strong peak (Ag). degradation activity photocatalytic removal methylene blue malachite green dyes from textile wastewater. wastewater decrease 25% 58.3%. also reduced 33.3% 60%, which remarkably significant owing presence complex factor natural environment. study sets promising record harbor full available food waste resource, such as form SBT-AgNPs its application dye waste. multifaceted outcomes this resulted an eco-friendly procedure, thereby reusing material for environmental cleanup.
