Nano- and micro-sized vesicular colloidal structures mediate cell–cell communication. They are important players in the physiology of plants, animals, humans, a subject increasing interest. We investigated effect three surfactants, N-cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC), sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), Triton X-100 (TX100), two anionic polyelectrolytes, polystyrene sulfonate (NaPSS) polymethacrylate (NaPMA), on nanoliposomes. In addition, SDS TX100 selected biological membranes (erythrocytes microalgae) was investigated. The liposomes were produced by extrusion evaluated microcalorimetry light scattering, based total intensity scattered (Itot), hydrodynamic radius (Rh), gyration (Rg), shape parameter p (=Rh/Rg,0), polydispersity index. EPs shed from erythrocytes microalgae Dunaliella tertiolecta Phaeodactylum tricornutum visualized scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyzed flow cytometry (FCM). Rh Itot values POPC liposome suspensions with added CPC, SDS, roughly constant up to respective critical micelle concentrations (CMCs) surfactants. At higher compound concentrations, dropped towards zero, whereas increased than pure (Rh ≈ 60–70 nm), indicating disintegration formation larger particles, i.e., various POPC–S aggregates.
