In
this
scoping
review,
the
effects
of
screen
time
on
cognitive,
linguistic,
and
social-emotional
development
in
children
were
studied
by
examining
peer-reviewed
articles
published
between
2018
2023.
A
total
17
used
study.
The
research
reported
that
media
provide
a
learning
avenue,
though
it
could
be
detrimental
when
spend
their
watching
more
than
appropriate
media.
Furthermore,
study
indicated
excessive
use
may
harm
children's
executive
function,

affects
academic
performance

shown

Objective:
The
objective
of
this
research
is
to
investigate
the
correlation
between
cyber
health
and
psychological
resilience
in
children.
Method:

cross-sectional

Abstract
Digital
devices
have
been
increasingly
integrated
into
language
learning
environments,
particularly
since
the
COVID-19
pandemic.
Existing
literature,
focusing
predominantly
on
dominant
languages
like
English,
presents
mixed
findings
effectiveness
of
digital
resources
for
learning.
Few
studies
address
heritage
languages,
which
often
limited
beyond
home
and
may
depend
more
tools
support.
This
longitudinal,
mixed-methods
study
investigated
impact
device
use
among
Chinese–Canadian
families.
We
examined
relationship
between
Chinese
receptive
vocabulary
128
first
graders,
137
second
66
third
graders
over
three
years.
Additionally,
we
conducted
parental
interviews
with
42
focal
families
years
to
explore
evolving
patterns
resource
at
home.
Our
revealed
a
statistically
significant
positive
development
while
no
effects
were
observed
in
graders.
The

Background/Objectives:
