The long-term corrosion and antibacterial evaluation of bioactive coating obtained by matrix-assisted pulsed laser evaporation (MAPLE) on TiZrTaAg is crucial for assessing its potential in biomedical applications. MAPLE deposition technique involves the formation a dense adherent layer surface alloy which can include multitude components such as glass, ZnO graphene oxide. Long-term studies simulated body fluids evaluate stability integrity over extended periods, ensuring durability physiological environment. results showed that coatings, especially one incorporating oxide (GO), significantly reduced rate compared to uncoated alloy. Antibacterial assesses coating’s ability inhibit bacterial colonization biofilm formation, are major concerns implant-associated infections. coatings demonstrated high activity, with GO-containing film exhibiting highest inhibition, achieving 83% against Staphylococcus aureus 71% Escherichia coli. study concluded MAPLE-modified particularly GO, shows promising applications due enhanced resistance strong properties.
