Background/Objectives:
A
worldwide
epidemic

overweight
and
obesity
is

ongoing
global
health
concern.

metabolic
syndrome
(MetS)

unclear.
Objective
This
study

the
relationship

(Mg)
is
involved
in
essential
cellular
and
physiological
processes.
Globally,
inadequate
consumption
of
Mg

populations,
especially
those
who
consume
processed
foods,
its
homeostasis

obese
individuals

diabetes
patients.
Since
deficiency
triggers
oxidative
stress
chronic
inflammation,

frequent
non-communicable
diseases,
