Dietary
habits,

frequency,
timing,
and
skipping
meals,
have

extensively
studied
due
to
their
association
with
the
development
of
noncommunicable
diseases
(NCDs).

study
describes
dietary
late-night
eating
in
Kuwaiti
adults.
Kuwait
National
Nutrition
Surveillance
System
data
were
utilized
reach
objectives

study.

that

adults
eat
after
10
p.m.,

skip
breakfast,
9.8%
dinner.

per
