Microbiome-host interactions have developed as an interesting field of study, illuminating the intricate relations among gut microbiota in addition to central nervous system. The gut-brain axis, a bidirectional signaling pathway, plays important function influencing neurological and pathogenesis various sicknesses.Dysbiosis, An unbalance microbial ecology has been related neurodevelopmental disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, mental health neuroinflammatory conditions. This review article delves into complex mechanisms underlying microbiome-host disorders. It explores that microbiome's influence at inflammation plus immune responses, modulation neurotransmitter systems, well barrier between blood-brain integrity. The findings suggest alterations may exist within microbe community significantly health, prompting exploration microbiome-based therapeutic strategies.Prebiotics, probiotics, fecal transplantation (FMT), diet, lifestyle interventions shown promise modulating microbiome improving outcomes preclinical clinical studies. However, challenges such variability, standardization, safety considerations, need for mechanistic understanding require further investigation. The implications this research future studies are far-reaching.Personalized approaches therapies, rigorous trials, identification microbiome-brain biomarkers offer potential avenues advance practice. The promising role disorder management conventional paradigms, paving way innovative patient-centered treatments precision medicine.
