Inadequate
physical
activity

and

healthy

review
meta-analysis,

Physical

contributing
to
an
increase
in
lifestyle-related
diseases
and
decline
healthy
life
expectancy.
In
Japan,

the

world,
promoting
physical
activity
habits
at
all
stages
of
pressing
issue.
This
study
explores
strategies
promote
well-being,
focusing
on
Japanese
university
students.
Using
seesaw
model
behavior
change,
which
balances
motivation
strain
with
self-determination
fulcrum,
we
examined
educational
interventions
using
support
applications,
social
networking
sites,
reflective
dialog,
self-directed
learning.

that
short-term
