Hematologic malignancies (HMs), including leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma, involve the uncontrolled proliferation of abnormal blood cells, posing significant clinical challenges due to their heterogeneity varied treatment responses. Despite recent advancements in therapies that have improved survival rates, particularly chronic lymphocytic leukemia acute lymphoblastic treatments like chemotherapy stem cell transplantation often disrupt gut microbiota, which can negatively impact outcomes increase infection risks. This review explores complex, bidirectional interactions between microbiota cancer patients with HMs. Gut influence drug metabolism through mechanisms such as production enzymes bacterial β-glucuronidases, alter efficacy toxicity. Moreover, microbial metabolites short-chain fatty acids modulate host immune response, enhancing effectiveness. However, therapy reduces diversity beneficial bacteria, Bifidobacterium Faecalibacterium, while increasing pathogenic bacteria Enterococcus Escherichia coli. These findings highlight critical need preserve during treatment. Background: Fenugreek, or Trigonella foenum greacum, is an ancient medicinal plant native to the eastern Mediterranean that later spread Asia; it used as a herb, spice, food. It component of spice mixes, such curry, and also supplement in wheat corn flour for bread making. Fenugreek appears have many health benefits potential properties; this reason, increasingly being nutraceutical formulations. This study aimed describe patients who visited our operative unit suspected adverse reaction after ingestion fenugreek highlight possible cross-reactivity between other legumes foods. Methods: A total 13 (5 males 8 females; mean age: 30.6; range: 20–42 years) outpatient clinic with clinical history suggestive allergic spices legumes. They underwent skin prick test fenugreek, fresh foods, food extracts.
