Feeding and eating disorders (FEDs) are a heterogeneous grouping of at the mind-body interface, with typical onset from childhood into emerging adulthood. They occur along spectrum disordered compensatory weight management behaviors, low to high body weight. Psychiatric comorbidities norm. In contrast other major psychiatric disorders, first-line treatments for FEDs mainly psychological and/or nutrition-focused, medications playing minor adjunctive role. Patients, carers clinicians all have identified personalization treatment as priority. Yet, FEDs, evidence base supporting this is limited. Abstract Objective The COVID‐19 pandemic initiated public health measures, impacting mental and exacerbating disordered eating behaviours (DEB). This study aims to fill gaps in understanding DEB the general population during pandemic, emphasising gender dynamics experiences of and/or sexual minority (SGM) individuals. Abstract The enduring psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is a subject growing concern. Despite existing research highlighting immediate challenges, there lack comprehensive studies elucidating specific pathways through which variables contribute to pandemic’s long-lasting implications. Through network analysis approach, we aimed investigate mutual relationships and associations between eating disorder symptoms, guilt- shame-proneness, psychopathological self-esteem, defence mechanisms, mentalization understand how they might interact two years after pandemic's outbreak. From March August 2022, 651 Italian young adults (females = 593, 91.1%) aged 18 38 ( M age 23.84, SD 3.74) were recruited online completed digital booklet self-report questionnaires. Tema geral: Ciências biológicas e da saúde.Objetivo: Testar a relação entre comportamento alimentar percepção subjetiva de estresse em estudantes universitários período pandêmico. Métodos: Este estudo faz parte do 24-hour Movement Behavior and Metabolic Syndrome (24h-MESYN), uma coorte prospectiva. A amostra foi 195 graduação (68,7% mulheres; 44,6% idade 21 25 anos; 65,8% matriculados um curso ciências saúde; 24,5% no 1º ao 3º semestre). Os dados foram coletados durante o primeiro semestre 2021 na cidade Imperatriz, MA. Coletamos medidas autorrelatadas online usando Perceived Stress Scale (14 itens) Dutch Eating Questionnaire (33 itens). Avaliamos escores das dimensões positivo negativo como exposições (representando autoeficácia percebida desamparo, respectivamente) ingestão emocional, restrição externa desfechos. Nós examinamos as associações regressão linear multinível. Resultados: Não observamos associação percebido (domínio negativo) com emocional alimentar. No entanto, após ajuste para sexo biológico idade, que domínio (β = 0,02 [IC 95%: 0,006 0,04]) associou-se externa. Conclusão: desamparo esteve associada pandemia COVID-19. Treating patients with eating disorders can be challenging for therapists, as it requires the establishment of a strong therapeutic relationship. According to literature, therapist characteristics may influence intervention outcomes. The aim this systematic review was identify and synthesize existing literature on interpersonal that could affect psychotherapy relationship or outcomes in context disorder treatment from both patients' therapists' perspectives. We conducted search using electronic databases included qualitative quantitative studies 1980 until July 2023. Out 1230 screened, 38 papers met inclusion criteria were review. results indicate reported therapist's warmth, empathic understanding, supportive attitude, expertise disorders, self-disclosure positive characteristics. Conversely, lack empathy, judgmental insufficient negative characteristics, which have detrimental impact outcome. Few perceptions their own personal an treatment.
