Food allergies are increasingly frequent immune system reactions triggered by allergens present in food, which can affect quality of life. To investigate the impact food among Spanish adults and influence gender age diagnosis, an online survey using shortened version Adult Allergy Quality Life Questionnaire (FAQLQ) was conducted. A total 134 participants with were enrolled exploratory study. Significant differences (p ≤ 0.050) found perception emotional social on Age diagnosis (childhood, adolescence, or adulthood) had a greater more variables than gender. Men reported fear accidentally consuming something that could trigger allergic reaction compared to women = 0.003), while felt excluded due their 0.030). Overall, eating out characterized insecurity. The life individuals be improved through use pictograms labels, menus, increased training foodservice industry regarding allergens.
