Background/Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the lifestyle and behavioral factors that influence nutritional status of adolescents from Transylvania, Romania. Methods: The Global School-Based Student Health Survey (GSHS) was used collect data 900 between 11 18 years old Transylvania region, assessed by calculating BMI indicators adjusted Z-Score, cut-off points according World Organization (WHO), using self-reported weight height; perceived health status; food vulnerability; physical activity; addictive behaviors (cigarette, alcohol drug consumption); number hours spent in front computer/phone; hand oral hygiene; sitting time/day; sleep. Background/Objectives: Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading cause of preventable morbidity and mortality globally. To reduce prevalence NCDs, World Health Organization issued guidelines for a healthy lifestyle, which have been adopted in various countries. Our study aimed to evaluate dietary habits ethnic Hungarian population Romania, allowing us identify potential differences nutritional behavior compared country’s general population. Methods: A cross-sectional, observational, questionnaire-based was conducted collect information on eating behavior, food purchasing habits, patterns among Hungarians, largest minority group Romania. The obtained data were interpreted using multivariate analysis (MVDA), including principal component models (PCA-X) establish pattern recognition clustering, orthogonal partial least squares discriminant (OPLS-DA) examine class between identified clusters. Background/Objectives: Eating disorders (EDs) are rising among adolescents. BMI, diet, and physical activity influence ED risk, but their interactions complex vary by population. Considering sociocultural changes, this study investigated the prevalence risk factors for EDs in Romanian We evaluated demographic factors, dietary behaviors, (PA), previous specialist consultations using Attitudes Test-26 (EAT-26) assessed psychometric properties of EAT-26 Methods: A cross-sectional included 423 youths aged 13 to 20 from Cluj-Napoca. Background: Adolescence is a pivotal developmental stage marked by physiological and behavioral changes that significantly influence dietary habits long-term health outcomes. Objectives: This study aimed to examine the associations between socio-demographic characteristics, psychological factors, behaviors among school-aged children adolescents in Romania. Methods: A cross-sectional was conducted using structured, self-administered questionnaire completed 662 aged 6 18 years, enrolled primary, middle, high schools across urban rural areas. The evaluated nutritional intake, meal patterns, hydration habits, physical activity, screen time, factors such as fatigue, stress, mood fluctuations. Body mass index (BMI) calculated based on self-reported height weight. Results: analysis reveals significant gender differences body (BMI), weight-loss behaviors, family structure. Female were more likely be underweight (18.27%) compared male (10.82%), while overweight prevalence higher (18.66%) than female (11.68%) (χ2 = 11.457, p 0.009). Dietary patterns varied age groups, with high-school-aged demonstrating lower vegetable consumption increased autonomy over food choices. Primary school exhibited intake of carbonated beverages (OR 0.185, 0.002 for school; OR 0.116, < 0.001 middle school), whereas teenagers showed preference structured meals fast-food intake. This study aimed to explore the relationship between shift-working nurses' social jetlag and body mass index (BMI) provide a theoretical basis for nursing managers develop appropriate health interventions.
