South Asia having problems with food deficiency and malnutrition, which are made more problematic by ongoing poverty, fast increase in population, environmental loss, unstable sociopolitical circumstances. This systematic approach analyzes how good is the health administration techniques that increased security nutritional benefits for region's most disadvantaged inhabitants work. It evaluated a lot of policies initiatives have been seen Asian nations, such as Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka. Material from 2013 to 2023 was included review, occurred employing comprehensive search plan across seven electronic databases. Studies were relevant countries given favoritism when selecting studies, focused on peer-reviewed publications treatments related malnutrition. Thirteen studies all following accurate screening program quality evaluation utilizing PRISMA guidelines. Zusammenfassung Die Verbindungen zwischen Mykotoxinen, Serotonin und psychischen Erkrankungen, insbesondere Psychosen, wie Umwelt- Stoffwechselfaktoren zur Stressbewältigung beitragen, sollen in unserem Beitrag aufgezeigt werden. Zunächst wird auf die Organismus-Pilz-Interaktion eingegangen: Pilze interagieren mit anderen eukaryoten Organismen einem Spektrum von Parasitismus, Kommensalismus bis hin zum Mutualismus, was man als Symbiose bezeichnen könnte. Ihre Metaboliten können toxisch sein das Serotoninsystem beeinflussen, welches eine wichtige Rolle der menschlichen Homöostase, Immunabwehr Gesundheit spielt. Eine möglicherweise zentrale kommt hier dem Tryptophanstoffwechsel zu: Tryptophan (Trp) ist essenzielle Aminosäure, zu Melatonin umgewandelt wird, den Botenstoffen zentraler Transmittersysteme des Menschen. Stress Mykotoxine beeinflussen diesen Stoffwechselweg Serotoninspiegel verändern, wiederum Risiko für Stimmungs- Angststörungen erhöht. Chronischer kann über Beeinträchtigung Trp-Haushaltes Anfallen neurotoxischen Abbauprodukten führen sowie Verfügbarkeit reduzieren, kognitiven Einschränkungen kann. Durch heutigen Lebensmittelkontrollen werden Belastungen möglichst gering gehalten. Dennoch es Lebensmittelzusätzen, Aspartam, toxischen Interaktionen kommen, wenn sie gemeinsam aufgenommen Prävention vorliegenden Literatur wichtiger Faktor betont: stressreduzierende Lebensweise, gesunde Ernährung saubere Wohnumgebung seien essenziell, um potenziell negativen Effekte minimieren psychische Stabilität fördern.

Household food insecurity (HFI) is a serious public health concern in Lebanon. Adverse mental issues have been reported among insecure households addition to physical and nutritional complications. Caregivers families tend adopt different coping mechanisms mitigate the effects of (FI) on their children. This cross-sectional observational study aimed explore relationship between FI, maternal depression, child malnutrition, differential adopted by mothers. A total 219 women were enrolled this study; FI was assessed using household assessment (HFIAS), depression patient questionnaire (PHQ-9), children's status through recall anthropometric measurements. In Bangladesh, the reported prevalence of mental disorders among adults varies from 6.5% to 31.0%. This study aims identify socio-demographic factors associated with health rural women in Bangladesh. We enrolled 401 adult four sub-districts Mymensingh district, To determine involved, we employed a modified version state examination (MSE) scale, addition questionnaires focusing on information, health, and well-being. The problems, measured by MSE was 26%. Even after controlling for potential confounders such as respondent's age, education level, spouse's schooling, household income, status, domestic violence, family disharmony, social security, support, income remained significantly behavioral problems. Individuals higher incomes experience lower (Prevalence Ratio [PR] = 0.48; 95% CI 0.27-0.86). Poor physical correlated behavior mood (PR 0.77; 0.61-0.98). Older respondents encountered more challenges related memory 1.42; 1.13-1.79). These findings highlight crucial role addressing factors, like when promoting By acknowledging targeting these interventions can be tailored effective, ensuring improved well-being resilience within this population.

Food security remains a critical challenge for older adults in rural Indigenous communities, particularly among the Mapuche people. This study presents an analysis of public policies that address food Chile. Using interpretative qualitative approach, we explore alignment between government programs and lived experiences this population. Findings indicate existing lack cultural pertinence, focusing primarily on market-driven agricultural production rather than self-sufficiency traditional systems. Participants highlight loss community farming practices, environmental degradation, imposition external models as key factors exacerbating insecurity. In addition, health education do not integrate knowledge habits, which further limits their effectiveness. highlights need culturally inclusive support local sovereignty, sustainable empowerment communities.

Using secondary data from leading international journals other relevant literature, this identifies fragmentation services potential technology bridge gap.
