Orthorexia nervosa (ON) is characterized by an obsession with rigid dietary rules, which leads to emphasis being placed on food purity and health. Exploring the prevalence rates understanding potential risk factors associated ON essential for developing effective prevention intervention strategies. Student's t-test, ANOVA, chi-squared test, multiple linear regressions were used analyses. We found that MEDAS MEDLIFE scores statistically higher males than females, while ORTO-15 score significantly lower females males. In total, 19.8% (women = 16.08% men 21.28%). Multiple regression analyses showed population sample, female sex (β -2.98; p 4 × 10-6) body mass index (BMI) -0.41; 6.71 10-7).
