Polyphenol-rich plant products are widely used as feed additives for their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties. The aim of this research is to test the hypothesis that feeding grape pomace (GP) fattening pigs modulates intestinal immune antioxidant response, promotes morphostructure small intestine, improves growth performance. Fifty Piétrain were randomly divided into five groups, each consisting 10 pigs. groups fed a basal diet with no supplementation (control) or supplemented 1 gGP/kg (E1), 5 (E2), (E3), 15 (E4). doses selected based on preliminary tests. slaughtered after 90 days, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, caecum sampled. We recommend dose because it leads many beneficial effects, including significantly increased villous height, crypt depth, V/C ratio in duodenum jejunum (p < 0.05). It also decreased expression pro-inflammatory markers such IL-1β ileum caecum, TNF-α multiple segments, MHC-II caecum. Additionally, activity was promoted through immunohistochemical Nrf2 reduced NF-kB p65 expression. Growth performance improved, higher ADG = 0.01) ADFI values than those control group. In conclusion, polyphenol-rich can be supplement pig diets maintain health productive
