Background: Grape pomace (GP), a by-product of winemaking, is rich source bioactive polyphenols known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. While the cardiovascular benefits red grape have received significant scientific attention, therapeutic potential white remains largely unexplored, particularly in glucocorticoid-induced hypertension. Given rising prevalence hypertension oxidative-inflammatory mechanisms underlying its progression, this study investigates effects GP on blood pressure regulation, oxidative stress, pro-inflammatory cytokine expression an experimental model dexamethasone (DEXA)-induced (HTN). By focusing GP, research addresses gap current knowledge proposes novel, sustainable approach to managing through valorising winemaking by-products. Methods: The first concentration used, GP1, was 795 mg polyphenols/kg bw, while second concentration, GP2, 397.5 bw. Results: White extract DEXA_GP1 group had reduced systolic diastolic pressure. with higher content (GP1) prevented elevation serum levels total stress (TOS), malondialdehyde (MDA), index (OSI), lower (GP2) slightly MDA. Both concentrations increased NO Total Thiols, significantly (p < 0.05) than treated lisinopril. tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) all groups where HTN induced. doses TNF-α. Heart tissue studied cytokines (TNF-α, interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6 were not influenced > by either induction or treatment administered. Conclusions: These findings suggest that may serve as promising nutraceutical intervention management, conditions associated stress.
