Abstract Multiple studies have shown the importance of adequate nutrition for animals and humans its effect on overall health. Therefore, aim this study was to investigate effects different nutritional regimes intestinal health rats by evaluating morphological morphometric characteristics small intestines, with emphasis villus height:crypt depth ratio (V:C). For experimental study, 24 clinically healthy adult Wistar were used. The randomly divided into 3 groups: control group (group A) fed conventional food, second B) bakery products, third C) meat products. Samples duodenum jejunum collected detailed analysis. A significant increase in duodenal villi height reported B (661.59 µm) C (602.83 compared (475.34 µm). crypt values significantly higher (191.41µm) (246.23 (145.14 jejunal V:C lower groups C. showed changes parameters predominantly These findings could be applicable both veterinary human medicine, underlining significance consumed food gut

Campylobacter infections are a prevalent cause of diarrheal disease in humans and the most significant zoonotic pathogens worldwide. Human campylobacteriosis is generally via ingestion contaminated poultry products. However, based on recent studies chicken egg yolk antibody (IgY) powder has great potential to reduce cecum load jejuni (C. jejuni) broilers. To understand effective economically feasible dosage, two immunization challenge were conducted using 30 layer hens 250 broiler chickens found scientific approach, starting with vitro evaluations progressing vivo confirmed. In this study it was demonstrated that specific IgY (SIgY), produced by immunized bacterin, highly inhibiting bacterial growth adhesion, as well exhibiting bactericidal agglutination properties (P < 0.05). Notably, doses 0.5 % 1 SIgY significantly enhanced both height width intestinal villi, along improving villus height-to-crypt depth ratio when compared positive control group Furthermore, medium high preserving integrity epithelium, evidenced reduction crypt number goblet cells, which serve important markers immune system 0.01). Additionally, analyses cecal liver counts response treatment revealed C. other challenged groups throughout 28 d experiment Based these results, may be concluded antibodies play crucial role maintaining support health colonization jejuni. These findings could form basis for developing an economical strategy enhance human context infection.

Despite their growing popularity as alternatives to antibiotic growth promoters (AGPs), the individual effects of nucleotides and probiotics on poultry gut functionality remain poorly understood. In addition, inconsistent outcomes are quite common in studies where these two additives have been used separately modify function related parameters birds. These inconsistencies, which limited potential AGP replacements, stem from various factors need be addressed. Combining could potentially enhance effectiveness lead more consistent layer chickens. Since mechanisms action complement each other, some level synergy is expected when together. Both shown support health, boost immune function, improve performance chickens individually. However, no investigated possible synergistic poultry. This review makes case for combined use by providing phenomenological mechanistic insights into hypothetical effects. paper highlights reviews We then propose performance, egg quality based logical deductions observed biological responses. proposed require experimental validation. Finally, explores how this feasibility AGP-free production.
