The press coating approach has been employed in the current study; this system involves compressing directly of both core as well coat. procedure is same: first, we make tablet containing drug, diluent, binder, Crospovidone superdisintegrant for burst release after lag time, glidant, and lubricant an 8mm die. After that, get Eudragit S 100 polymer different ratios divide it into two equal parts, subsequently lower half inserted a cavity 10mm die followed by placed middle, other portion that comprises coat filled cavity. Powder's assessment parameters were judged to be within appropriate range. Overall, evaluation results press-coated tablets passed acceptable parameters. Optimized batch F7 shows 99.07% drug release. batches are further evaluated tests like FTIR, DSC, Stability study per standard ICH guidelines. From all result conclude concentration increases % also time. acts good time only at pH 7 means colon target was done hence successfully pulsatile delivery performed.

Background: Asthma is a chronic inflammatory respiratory disorder affecting pulmonary function and quality of life. While pharmacological treatments remain the primary management approach, non-pharmacological interventions such as diaphragmatic breathing subtle touch techniques have shown potential in improving reducing symptom severity. However, limited research exists on their combined effectiveness asthma patients. Objective: To compare with technique (DSTB) versus alone (STB) function, severity, life Methods: A randomized clinical trial was conducted 40 participants aged 40-65 years, diagnosed mild to moderate asthma. Participants were randomly allocated into Group or B received respective for 6 weeks, 2 sessions per week. Outcome measures included Control Severity Assessment Tool, Breathlessness, Cough, Sputum Scale (BCSS), Modified Dyspnea Scale, SF-36 Quality Life Questionnaire, spirometry (FEV1, FVC). Statistical analysis performed using SPSS v25, employing t-tests, Mann-Whitney U tests, Wilcoxon signed-rank p < 0.05 considered significant. Results: Post-intervention, showed significant improvements FEV1 (p = 0.022) FVC 0.001). scores significantly improved (76.06 ± 4.50) compared (83.10 5.76, 0.000). Symptom severity decreased (69.56 10.92 vs. 79.14 13.16, 0.009). Physical activity levels six-minute walk distance also more than 0.002, 0.000, respectively). Conclusion: Diaphragmatic improves reduces enhances patients, supporting its role an effective adjunct conventional treatment.

An analysis and systematization of scientific literature on the combination asthma COVID-19 was conducted using databases PubMed/MEDLINE eLIBRARY.RU. The data relationship between are shown to be contradictory. mechanism inflammation development its characteristics in new coronavirus infection discussed. significant role natural killer (NK) cells T-natural (T-NK) pathogenesis disease is emphasized. importance type risk SARS-CoV-2 concluded. Information dual nature regarding use inhaled corticosteroids treatment patients with presented. authors conclude that results current research do not allow a definitive conclusion drawn about higher predisposition or more severe patients, nor negative impact course control asthma.
