not
curative.
This
review
delves
into
fundamental
modulators
cancers,
encompassing
genetic,
epigenetic,
non-coding
RNA
factors
while
exploring
their
intricate
interplay
influence.
Epigenetic
modifications
directly
affect
expression

genes,

impact
function
micro-RNAs,
culminating

Additionally,
this
article

with
