Thyroid cancer continues to exhibit a rising incidence globally, predominantly affecting women. Despite stable mortality rates, the unique characteristics of thyroid carcinoma warrant distinct approach. Differentiated cancer, comprising most cases, is effectively managed through standard treatments such as thyroidectomy and radioiodine therapy. However, rarer variants, including anaplastic carcinoma, necessitate specialized interventions, often employing targeted therapies. Although these drugs focus on symptom management, they are not curative. This review delves into fundamental modulators cancers, encompassing genetic, epigenetic, non-coding RNA factors while exploring their intricate interplay influence. Epigenetic modifications directly affect expression causal genes, long RNAs impact function micro-RNAs, culminating in tumorigenesis. Additionally, this article provides concise overview advantages disadvantages associated with pharmacological non-pharmacological therapeutic interventions cancer. Furthermore, technological advancements, integrating modern software computing healthcare medical practices has become increasingly prevalent. Artificial intelligence machine learning techniques hold potential predict treatment outcomes, analyze data, develop personalized approaches catering patient specificity. In cutting-edge deep technologies ultrasonography results for tumor textures biopsy samples from fine needle aspirations, paving way more accurate effective landscape near future.
