Our
study
reports
for
the
first
time,
over
a
12-month
period,
seasonal
variations
in
chemical
composition
and
antibacterial
antioxidant
activity
of
Rosmarinus
officinalis
L.
essential
oil
(RoEO)
from
Southwestern
Romania
(Oltenia
region).
To
analyze
constituents
RoEO,
comprehensive
gas
chromatography/mass
spectrometry
(GC/MS)
method
was
employed.
The
analysis
aimed
to
identify
quantify
various
components
by
comparing
their
mass
spectra
with
reference
National
Institute
Standards
Technology
(NIST)
Library
2020.
minimum
inhibitory
concentration
(MIC)

determined
using
microdilution

Abstract
Allergies
are

the

countries.

that

harmless.
Some
allergic
conditions
include
asthma,
sinus
infections,
skin
rashes,
food
allergies,
hay
fever,
severe
reactions,
eczema,
swelling,
and
reactions
medications
or
insect
stings.
The
causes
of
these
allergies
complex
often
linked
genetics,
which
can
lead
heightened
responses
known
as
atopy.
Throughout
history,
plant
extracts
have
been
used
for
various
purposes,
including
medicine
food.
In
addition,
their
bioactive
compounds
show
wide
range
beneficial
effects,
such

fighting
oxidative
stress,
mast
cell
stabilizers,
lowering
inflammation,
