Introduction: Drug treatment can be related to the development of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Aim: In this paper, we evaluated ADRs in patients admitted Ambulatory Pain Medicine University Hospital Renato Dulbecco Catanzaro. Methods: We conducted a prospective analysis between 1 February 2021 and 20 July 2023 on with neuropathic pain referred “Renato Dulbecco” Catanzaro (Calabria, Italy). Patients aged >18 years clinical signs neurologic score upon completing Douleur Neuropathique en 4 Questions (DN4) questionnaire ≥4 were included. The association drugs ADR or drug–drug-interactions (DDIs) was using Naranjo’s probability scale Interaction Probability Scale (DIPS), respectively. Results: During study period, analyzed 2370 ambulatory medicine. After evaluation inclusion exclusion criteria, 33.5% enrolled. All presented at least one comorbidity daily used mean five (range 3–11). Using Naranjo score, documented 112 (score 6). parametric non-parametric statistical analysis, failed report an dosage patient characteristics. Conclusion: Our results show 18% pain. This low percentage interaction could limitation real life because it is probably due site appropriate prescription drugs. Therefore, shows that necessary motivate healthcare pay attention poly-treated reduce risk ADRs.

Indigenous Peoples in Canada experience health disparities, including higher rates of chronic pain. Many report distrust the system due to factors such as racial discrimination. A lack appreciation and respect for knowledges further contributes feelings alienation. In 2022-2023, we offered first Project Extension Community Healthcare Outcomes (Project ECHO) Chronic Pain Substance Use Health (ICP&SU) care providers interested improving pain with Canada. The program reflects a Two-Eyed Seeing approach weaving together Western approaches substance use care. We describe development implementation ECHO ICP&SU.
