The COVID-19 pandemic forced many schools to partially or totally switch remote communication methods for delivering education in the years 2020-2021. It is believed that compliance with unfamiliar and even unpreferred modes of behavior can have a profound lasting impact on people’s attitudes opinions toward itself because first-hand exposure experience. is, therefore, possible this experience teaching learning could materially changed both instructors’ as well students’ delivery education. Such may predict their future choices behavior. This paper will present important facets systems identified, survey instrument developed explore three areas: prior behaviors alternative modes, experiences during pandemic, effect attitudes. also results pilot study conducted using sample student respondents.

Effects of Online Mindful Somatic Psychoeducation Program on Mental Health During the COVID-19 DOI Open Access

This study aims to determine the effects of online mindful somatic psychoeducation program (o-MSP) on mental health in female university students during coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19). Thirty-eight were randomly assigned an intervention group (IG, n=19) or a control (CG, n=19). IG received o-MSP for 2-hours per session, twice weekly 4-weeks; CG maintained their usual daily routine 4-weeks. Measurements performed pre- and post-intervention assess stress, anxiety, social connectedness using Perceived Stress Scale, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Social Connectedness Scale. A qualitative analysis changes soma connectedness, subjectification soma, mind-body integration was conducted through interviews. Regarding stress there no significant difference between groups (p>0.05). However, differences observed main effect time measurement time×group interaction, with showing improvement post-intervention, unlike (p<0.05). measurement, factor Post-intervention, did not show change, while showed decrease Qualitative revealed that participants experienced "changes connectedness," "subjectification soma-body," "embodiment integration," reported improved health. The effectively reduced anxiety connectedness. suggests can be used manage various settings.

Background:In march 2020, with the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic, schools, colleges, and universities highly contagious areas world were instantaneously closed to mitigate deleterious effects COVID-19.Moreover, result social distancing, most effective preventative strategy since emergence COVID-19, medical education has been profoundly disturbed.In light prevailing an abrupt shifting educational system was made from face-to-face learning online methodologies provide uninterrupted students affected countries.By large, traditional replaced by various forms e-learning.The aim this study evaluate perception e-learning in undergraduate at Medical Colleges during covid pandemic.Material & Methods: This cross-sectional questionnaire-based conducted December, 2020 February, 2021 CARe College, Dhaka, Bangladesh.In present we included 270 our participants who not willing participate excluded study.Results: In found mean age respondents 23.05 ± 1.28 years majority female (68%) compared male (32%).Most (67%) had moderate grade IT skills.We major advantage elearning ability record classes 67% disadvantage poor internet speed (68.9%).Among all students, 51.1% 6.7% able increase knowledge, 62.6% 3% clinical skill 37.8% 7.4% via conventional methods respectively.Majority (88.1%) preferred face-to face method 11.9% method.Conclusion: study, evaluated student's its associated advantages disadvantages terms outcomes.While comparing among students,we considered way practical skills skills.Therefore, e-learning.
