B a c k g r o u n d . The article examines the concept of human rights. This in modern philosophical discourse is both vague and imprecise. Although most authors recognize lack unanimity definition rights, few have tried to find out reasons for this situation. purpose study identify sources problematic rights by means logical analysis propose ways overcome identified difficulties interpretation concept.
