Potential of auxin and ACC-deaminase producing rhizobia PGPR-strains was examined to improve soybean growth individually in combination with L-tryptophan (L-TRP) two different experiments conducted a chamber. A consortium selected PGPR rhizobial strains prepared by following the compatibility test. These bacteria were also evaluated for improving along levels L-TRP. Bacteria isolated from rhizosphere nodules soybean, characterized vitro their production auxin. We observed that rhizobacteria ranged 14 39 2 48 µg IAA equivalents mL-1, respectively. Similarly, potential between 0.024 3.252 0.178 3.188 μM α-ketobutyrate μg-1 protein h-1, In addition, among L-TRP levels, 10-3 M found be most significant level. The attributes such as shoot length (46 30%), root (42 39%), fresh biomass (33 34%) dry (44 27%) increase maximum inoculation ‘IRS-13’ ‘PS-2’ presence compared uninoculated control. context application, bacterial “IRS13-PS1” 10-4 TRP led increment (104%), (74%), weights (179 138%), (98 260%) weight well plant (87.5 117%) concluded PGPR-rhizobial @ can effectively under axenic conditions.

Pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan L.) is a tropical and subtropical leguminous crop it rich in protein has high nutrient content India the largest producer. grown sole cropping system as well with intercropping majorly intercropped legumes, cereal, oilseed crops. Intercropping depends upon interaction of species their management. done between different types cereals, pulses, Some successful cereal pulse systems like (mung bean + maize) where, larger equivalent yield obtained by seeding maize following four rows mung beans than closer spacing. Wheat mostly chickpea, mustard barley but irrigated conditions when wheat proved more profitable chickpea. In Mediterranean nation, common vetch (Vicia sativa) popularly cereals. When cowpea were southern Africa, quantity nitrogen, phosphate, potassium soil was enhanced. Maize are popular eastern Africa. However, there many challenges while adopting for survival plant. pigeon two or crops sown, they show synergetic effect, treated biofertilizers Rhizobium, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms (PSM) plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), enhances growth plant, fixes atmospheric nitrogen soil, availability phosphorus to increases uptake other micro-nutrient beneficial microbes. dual inoculation Rhizobium AMF done, chlorophyll

A field experiment was conducted in the Wielkopolska region at Gorzyń Research Station, Poland (52.34°N, 15.54°E) Central Europe. The study over a 3-year period (2017, 2018, 2019) as two-factorial desingn with four replications randomised plots. aim of research to determine effect cultivar (‘Bolero’, ‘Tytan’) and inoculation (Nitragina–seeds inoculation, Nitroflora I–seeds II–soil HiStick® Lupin–seeds inoculation) on plant development, seeds chemical composition yielding narrow-leaved lupin. weather conditions experimental factors significantly influenced productivity lupin ‘Tytan’. Drought during growing season reduced protein yields. After HiStck yield greater by 12.4% after application I or HiStick 13.9% 19.2%, respectively. Correlation coefficients showed strong relations between number pods per both cultivars regardless variant, however strongest were proved treatment.
